Depends on what part of advertising you're doing. Creative? Media planner/buyer? Sales? Designer?
Reply:If you are a noob, and it sounds like you are, you can get in somewhere as an account coordinator or traffic person. You can get those jobs with a 4 year degree.





Other jobs, you'll need more skills/training/school or a portfolio.
