Reply:I'm not a real estate agent but I suggest word of mouth. Go in the community and pass out info sheets on the property you will be surprised with the results and cost is next to nothing.

Reply:Im not a real estate agent/broker but I do lead generation and listing appointment scheduling for some. We have found the best method is to contact home sellers with some free value offer (housing valuation or market analysis, FSBO marketing tip guide,etc...) to get them comfortable with you as an agent/broker intially and to build a comfort level where they may want to use your services.
