Qualification or experience n advertising?

i just started a career with fcb ulka ad agency.but got selection to one of the most reputed institute for a pst graduation in advertising.symbiosis in india.which is preferable/2 years of experience in fcb or a pg from the most reputed insitiute

Qualification or experience n advertising?
That's a tough call. I say, go the road which would teach you the most. In some cases, that can be working with an awesome creative director and account team. Other times, an academic environment can be more rewarding.





Also, look at what your options would be after the two years. Would one opportunity give you more flexibility in the future?





I think the ideal situation may be to enroll in the post grad. program and stay on part-time or as an intern at FCB.
