I am trying to transfer into a CUNY and i know i have the grades to probably attend any CUNY i want (not to sound pompous)...
so my question is for advertising/marketing major which CUNY would provide the best quality of education???

No, Guidotruckstop. CUNY doesn't have any meaning in the U.S. other than City University of New York. And to get back to the original question, Baruch has a very good marketing department. I have never heard of a decent program at any of the others.
